River Crossing Storage & RV was built in 1996 by a local farming family. They were finding it difficult to compete against large operators with large marketing budgets so they began thinking about selling rather that investing the time, effort and capital required to compete effectively. They had received many of my post cards over the years so they contacted me for help understanding their options. We agreed on value and listed the property. Although there were a couple of “bumps along the road” the deal closed. The owners can now enjoy the fruits of their labors.
