Sold My 121st Property
Arrowhead Mini Storage was previously listed with another broker who failed to get the job done. I was given the listing in early April. By mid-May I had procured 4 serious offers to purchase the property. That list was narrowed to two and a best-and-final was scheduled for 10 days out. The winning buyer was selected and the deal closed on schedule. This transaction was especially complex because it involved the defeasance of a CMBS loan at an additional cost of $170,000.
